Avail from us an advanced range of Tray Drying Ovens, which has double walled unit, hanged on a durable iron made angle frame. The range has heavy MS sheet made inner and outer body, out of which the inner one is given high temperature resistive aluminum paint and the outer part is duly hammer tone painted. To make you have minimal loss of heat during any of the operation, the gap between the inner and outer wall has been filled with high-grade mineral wool. On the sides of the inner walls, durable brackets are provided to easily support the heavily laden drying and also for adjustment of the height as per the needs. To help user in ensuring proper heating throughout the chamber and forced air circulation, we have equipped durable in the unit. At the chamber, a specific control panel has been fitted by us in the unit so that you can have proper control over ON / OFF and air circulating fan. Further, for keeping the unit ventilated, adjustable openings are made at the top so that all the fumes or vapors produced during the processing get exhausted themselves. To enable you in having better operations, we have fitted the unit with Strip type Air Heaters, Indicator cum Controller and many such reliable equipment. You can operate this one using digital temperature controller on diverse temperature range from ±3ºC up to 250ºC, +5ºC ambient to 250ºC and ± 2ºC to 150ºC. Moreover, the Tray Drying Ovens work on 220V or 440 V AC supply and supplied by us to the customers with aluminum trays of size 80 x 40 x 3cm in accordance with the capacity of unit you are buying.
