Construction:

As the name suggests, it has triple walled units along with outer body, to ensure durability, the middle wall and inner chamber of it made from thick gauge SS Sheet (304 Grade)
To have well controlled sterilization cycle inside the autoclave, these have steam stocking models that are further linked with a three-way valve
Using the Glass Wool, gap between the outer and middle is filled
Has thick machined finest quality stainless steel plate made Lid
Unit of this one has high grade SS duly polished made Radial Locking arrangement with paddle lifting mechanism
To make you enjoy smooth functions, the unit is provided with Pressure Gauge, Pressure Release Valve, Spring Loaded Safety Valve, Drain Valve and Water Level Indicator
For ensuring smooth performance, we have hydraulically tested the unit on its ability to withstand upto 40 psi pressure
To give crevice free internals, all its internal joints are Argon arc welded, polished and grounded

Working Temperature / Pressure

The offered triple walled vertical autoclave are capable of working under the temperature range of 121ºC (OR) 134º C. Whereas, for standard dry sterilization model, its working pressure goes around15 psi (OR) 30 psi.

Pressure Control

The unit comes with modern PIEZOSTAT? (Pressure control device), which reduces the frequent opening of the steam release valve and economizes on power consumption, thereby prevents the steam release in the room.

Switch Box

For making the unit has its simple operations, it is served with the Main Switch, Relays, Houses the PIEZOSTAT, Indicator Lamps, etc. by mounting on the sterilizer stand.
