The unit has double walled construction, out of which outer one is of powder coated MS Sheet and the inner one is of SS Sheet (304 grade). For having minimal loss of thermal heat, we have filled the gap of the outer and inner wall with quality PUF insulation material. Our company has provided lock & key arrangement and magnetic synthetic gasket on its double walled door and mounted hermetically sealed compressor at the bottom of the unit and on the heavy MS angle frame. You can easily view inside the chamber and see its functions without even distributing the temperature as it has inner transparent door. For let you have ease in operating the incubator, on its control panel, we have given separate indicators for Heating, Cooling and Mains, function. Moreover, the unit is supplied with SS wire mesh shelves, cord & plug, mounted on Castor wheels and work smoothly on 220/230 AC supply.
Digital Model
Digital model is the one in which you can control products in diverse temperature range from 5°C to 50°C with excellent accuracy of ± 1°C at 50°C by the installed Digital Temperature Indicator cum Controller (Which has specific display for SV and PV).
Microprocessor Based (PID) Model
The one which is updated with Microprocessor Based (PID) Digital Temperature Indicator cum Controller (Have display for SV and PV) and allows in controlling the from 5°C to 50ÂC with an accuracy of ± 0.5°C at 50°C.
